Cancellation Policy

Hanna House understands that unforeseen changes happen. Therefore, our cancellation policy is as follows:

We ask 72 hours (2 days) notice given prior to check-in time of 3 pm.

Check-in is any time between 3pm and 6pm.
Please call prior to your stay if you need an earlier check-in. There will not be an additional charge.

Check-out is 11:00am.

Please inform us in advance if you need a later check-out. There will not be an additional charge.

We offer free parking on site.

All rooms are located on the second floor. Unfortunately, at this time we are not wheelchair accessible.

Sorry, no pets allowed.

We cannot accommodate children under the age of 6.
